Ecosmarte Planet Friendly has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

On June 2, 2009, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case number 09-43569. This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization. Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to Minnesota Bankruptcy Court CM/ECF, 300 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN, 55415 for resubmission to that court.
